Aircall Integration

Connect with Aircall to automatically log call details and audio within the client record in Builder Prime!

Connecting with Aircall

The initial connection is made by navigating to Admin > Integrations > Dialers. Click the button to enable Aircall and follow the prompts to connect your account.

How it Works

Once the integration is connected, call activity will be logged in Builder Prime under the Client Activity section as long as the phone numbers match between the two systems.

Clicking into one of the call entries will populate a window that provides additional detail as well as the call recording, which can be opened within Builder Prime and listened to.

If Aircall recognizes that a phone number is associated with a client in Builder Prime, the Aircall application will provide a link to open the client record in Builder Prime when you receive a call.

  • If that client does not yet exist in Builder Prime, you will be prompted to create a new client record.
  • If there are multiple records with the same phone number, you will be able to select which client you're speaking with.
  • If there are multiple opportunities within one client record, you will be taken to the most recent opportunity.
  • Of note, text messages will not sync into Builder Prime from Aircall.
